These terms explain how our projects work, what you receive, and what we ask of you along the way.

Scope of work
Each project is defined by the package you select. We confirm pages, features, and content requirements in writing before design begins, and anything beyond that scope is quoted separately.
Pricing and payment
Website projects are a one-time investment paid as one upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is transparent—there are no hidden fees and no required monthly fees.
Timeline
Most websites are delivered in 3–5 business days once we have your content and approvals. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the timeline.
Revisions
We work with you during the project to make sure you're happy with the final result. Revision rounds are outlined in your package; substantial changes after final approval may be quoted as additional work.
Ownership
Once your project is complete and paid in full, ownership of your website is transferred to you. You keep your website, your domain, and your content.
Optional Care Plans
Care Plans covering hosting, maintenance, and updates are entirely optional, billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling a Care Plan does not affect your ownership of your website.
Client responsibilities
You confirm that any content, images, or trademarks you provide are yours to use. We are not responsible for third-party services, domain registration disputes, or content supplied by you.
